im new to the new rubber ducky. and i need help

i have to new rubber ducky and i have NO IDEA how to install a payload ....the instructions seem confusing because I have never used a rubber ducky before....I have a pineapple, OMG cable, etc. so i am familiar with hak5 gear but I have had this rubber ducky for 2 months and cant even get it to work. can anyone help me plz

You have to elaborate on what you find confusing. What are you trying to do and what issues are you facing? What part of the documentation is difficult to understand?
