looking to get a PDA with linux

ok I'm going to be getting my tax return soon and can aford a that PDA I want. whats a good PDA for about $300.00 usd?

1st question is most have a usb listed on a conection could I conect a usb hd, web cam, wifi, or other device?

2nd most run winblow can I put linux on intead?

I spent a lot of time looking at the nintendo DS and the xtreme chip thinking its got a usb could you put a usb hd or web cam? found out no you cant. :(
