Is it normal for a product to say it hasn't been picked up after 14 days

I don't know if this is a question about shipments in general or linked to any Hak5 order specifically. If it's related to a purchase of Hak5 products, then I would suggest getting in contact with Hak5 support (the forums is not a support channel). Either using the support linked on the shop page or simply reply to the email that should have been received when placing the order.
