So I have to laptop one is my lab and one to play on I was thinking how can access my other laptop even if it’s factory reset like always get key strokes or access cameras mics I want to get my skills up

Start with the basics. Learn ordinary networking, file and print sharing, open and closed ports. Continue with some nmap, reverse and standard shells, metasploit shellcode / exploits, and that's just for starters.

When you're ready, dive into custom payloads, and privilege escalation on whatever OS you're running on. Then you might have a chance to hack into the test laptop 🙂
