i need to have this command that is currently in a batch file to run silently

how do i do this? or how would i make vb6 do this command itself instead of shelling the .bat

I use this command:

@c:winntsystem32cmd.exe /q

I use this when i need to add a command to one of my apps and i dont want the user seeing it.
