Badministrator Posted August 23, 2022 Share Posted August 23, 2022 My order of a wifi pineapple MKVII+ full band adapter hasn't been processed yet, its been 5 6 days and i payed for 2_6 day shipping. Do i get a refund of shipping costs or something? Id like to know why there is a delay with the order in the first place and why it has not even been shipped yet, let alone have the purchase be processed. dark_pyrro Posted August 23, 2022 Share Posted August 23, 2022 If shipping takes more than 6 days, perhaps there will be a refund, but the order hasn't entered the shipping part of the process yet if it hasn't even been processed at the warehouse. I would suggest creating a support ticket (or simply answer the email that you should have received when ordering) to get some response to your specific order.
