Order delayed

My order of a wifi pineapple MKVII+ full band adapter hasn't been processed yet, its been 5 6 days and i payed for 2_6 day shipping. Do i get a refund of shipping costs or something?
Id like to know why there is a delay with the order in the first place and why it has not even been shipped yet, let alone have the purchase be processed.

If shipping takes more than 6 days, perhaps there will be a refund, but the order hasn't entered the shipping part of the process yet if it hasn't even been processed at the warehouse. I would suggest creating a support ticket (or simply answer the email that you should have received when ordering) to get some response to your specific order. The forums isn't the place to expect handling of specific orders.
