Payload wont run on "boot"

I load my first payload and when I "run" it while connected to its wifi, it executes as expected.  I saved it to Slot 1 and enabled "boot".  I verified that the savings set. 

I remove the cable, change back to home wifi and re-insert cable, the payload does not run.  The script is supposed to display and create a screenshot of the wifi names and passwords do wifi is not a a requirement.  What am I dont wrong?

I have the same issue. The payload is loaded in slot 1 with boot enabled. I’m using the latest firmware on the cable.
