My guess is that there are no such people on this forum. I can't see why it would be illegal though. It's like ordering a knife. You can cook an amazing meal using it, or kill someone with it. The issue arise if you are ordering from one of the stockists outside the EU, but even then I never encountered that myself. You just have to pay the requisite import tax.
