MKVII Pineapple root location e.g., root/tmp/handshakes/captures

My new MKVII Pineapple is functioning perfectly, albeit I did encounter setup issues. My current problem is how to navigate to the root location and recover the files e.g., root/tmp/handshakes/captured etc. When I enter this on the Command Line, an error ensues i.e., no such file or directory. Initially, I was able to download pcap & hc.22000 files directly to a folder. Now I can not download or locate the files.

That path looks odd..... What firmware are you on? 1.1.1 stable or the 2.0.0 beta?

I made some progress, but have not been able to open file. Now I can not download Hash.22000 or pcap files

OK, if you expect to get any help on how to download the files successfully, then I suggest explaining the problem more in detail. In what way are you trying to download the files?
