Try this

On the Pineapple, edit the file
/etc/config/nginx

and change
    option uci_enable 'true'
to
    option uci_enable 'false'

so that nginx uses
/etc/nginx/nginx.conf
instead of
/etc/nginx/uci.conf

Reboot the Pineapple
