Duckyscript - WINDOWS F11 combo will not work.

Does anyone know why in duckyscript WINDOWS F11 or GUI F11 won't work? I've been trying to fix this issue for so long now and it either does nothing or if I do WINDOWS f11 with a lowercase f, it just opens up the feedback hub. If anyone could help me figure this out it would be greatly appreciated
