Trying to change a link in payload

I’m just trying to change this link in this Rick roll payload I found. I tested the payload before I changed the link and it works. If I simply delete that link and replace it with my own link, it doesn’t work anymore…. I don’t change anything other than the link. Simply just backspace on the link and copy and paste a new one in. I also tried typing it in manually… Why does this specific YouTube link work, but not work when I try my own?
