Support hasn't responded to request opened on November 10th about WiFi Pineapple device

Contacted Hak5 support on November 10th about issues with the WiFi Pineapple device being buggy and not working as advertised and have not gotten any kind of response from them except for the boilerplate zendesk "Your request has been received". I also tried contacting them using the same ticket number (98934) on the 13th and the 17th. Still nothing.

Has anyone been able to get a response about this device from anyone official at Hak5?
