Issue during WiFi Pineapple Setup - Unable to setup

Hi Everyone,

Having this issue where after I hit Finish on the agreement page and it attempts to setup, I get a flash of Setting up, when it suddenly just tells me that Setup failed. Please try again. I took a quick look at the error given back by the HTTP response and it says:

"failed to set country for radio1 exit status 1"}

Any idea what might be causing this?

Hi,

Unfortunately, failure to set the country code (or any property, for that matter) of the radio likely means your device is not fully functional and will require a replacement. Please create a support ticket for that.

Do as previously said, create a support ticket
