Where is my order/NO accountability?

I just want to make sure I understand this correctly, since I cannot get a response from Hak5 support regarding my missing order.

So, if a customer never receives his order through no fault of theirs then they are the ones out of luck? The shipping company got paid, Hak5 got paid, and now they will spend months trying to place the blame on each other while I am out of my money and product? I just want to make sure, because I am going to do my best to warn other people before the purchase anything from Hak5. If I had ordered this through Amazon there would have been a quick resolution. I can see from Google that this is a constant and recurring problem with Hak5. BTW, I contacted the shipping company who told me to contact Hak5...who does not respond (of course they have no phone number). I am going to do everything in my power to warn people before they purchase from this company!
