Broken Shark Jack: No Response to Customer Service Tickets

I'm posting here in regards to a Shark Jack I received as part of an Elite Field kit a few months back.

Since receiving the product, I have opened 3 separate service tickets with your support team in an attempt to reach someone about the faulty device.

The battery refuses to hold a charge and has never functioned since receiving the device.
I am happy to provide ticket numbers to a Hak5 representative, but I'm extremely unhappy with the seemingly lack-of-support for your products once the purchase has been made. There is no support number to call, and all tickets have been met with a confirmation email and nothing more.

I understand that items wear out and break, but the battery has never held a charge.
