kasdan Posted August 19, 2021 Share Posted August 19, 2021 Got a Plunder-bug connected to the LAN port of an IOT device. Im trying to capture traffic between the IOT device and the internet. Connected regular LAN cables between the IOT device and my router. Usually IOT device has a light which turns green when its connected to its remote host. While the plunderbug is connected, the light never turns green. To test everything working, I bypass the Plunder-bug and light turns green right away. Its almost as if the PB isn't transmitting or receiving packets properly. Further, i notice Wireshark is only really capturing DNS packets and whois packets while monitoring the plunderbug.
