Did the order 5 weeks back and still not here followed up with hak5 10 days back and they said it's all good. I contacted DHL today with the tracking number and they say it's not been sent? chrizree Posted August 5, 2021 Share Posted August 5, 2021 Well, go back to Hak5 with the "not been sent" tracking number then. If it's not sent, it's not sent, and you should get a reason for that other than "it's all good". There's also a difference between the status 10 days ago and the status of today.
