Exfiltration via network share?

I am new to Bash Bunny, but here is the scenario I am trying to solve.

Windows 10 Laptop with policy that prevents mounting of USB storage devices. 

I am thinking that the Bash Bunny MKII could present itself as a network with the SD card storage presented as a network share drive.  A script would then run to copy files to the bunny network share path?

Is there a payload like this and if not, could it be done?

I am working on something that will exfil back to the bunny via http.  There is an smbexfil payload by darren that uses impacket to exfil back to the BB via SMB.
