How to right F keys like F11 in ruberducky code i really need to open  page on somones computer and make it full screen but i dont know how to use F keys with rubber ducky

Use the correct keyboard language for the situation when encoding the payload script, then just use the function keys in the script. I would suggest using the JS Ducky Encoder along with a language file from the Bash Bunny repo on GitHub
