What information do I need to receive a RF signal with a Yardstick one

Hello,

I'm trying to receive/capture a digital signal that is sent from a wireless scoreboard controller.
The controller uses a Telit LE50 chip at 868Mhz so sent the RF signal with GFSK modulation.

I can detect the signal with SDR+ and an Airspy dongle, but I don't know how to extract the digital data.
Yesterday I also bought a Yardstick one.

What information do I need to be able to receive the signal and extract the data ? I know the exact frequency (868.85MHz), the bandwidth (125MHz) and the modulation (GFSK), but what more do I need ?

Thank you for any help.

Benjamien.
