Restore my bash bunny to it's stock state

I want to restore my bash bunny to it's stock state. Everytime I reset the bash bunny it leaves behind the files and other things that I wanted removed as part of returning to it to how I recieved it. I have been trying to use the updater to get my payloads in the payload section. According to the videos it should do this. I have a second one coming for my keychain and trying to get a handle on it. I don't want to start deleting files if it can't be recovered. Thanks!
