Upgrade the C2 server from community edition to Pro without loosing devices?

How do I upgrade my cloud server? I bought the pro lisence but there is no place to add it and when I try to upgrade I just get redirected to purchase it again??

any help is appreciated.

You should be able to retain your .db file and use it with the Pro edition.

I'm in the same situation here. I have 4 licenses in my email all free community editions, I set my server up 3 years ago and now I don't know which license to upgrade. I emailed support but heard nothing back. I am trying to ask on discord as well.

 

Is there any way to get the license from the web ui or the cli?

Make a copy of the database file and cat it, or open it with a hex editor or use Boltbrowser (or such). If you cat it, just grep for "license" and you will probably find it.
