GNU radio. Detect signal and send udp packet

Hi, i want to ask for help in a simple code

I want to detect a signal at a certain frequency, and when the threshold value is exceeded, send an udp packet to myself on the localhost. It should look like a threshold squelch.

Now I have made a fm receiver with a threshold squelch. But udp packets are sent even when the squelch is closed. Do you know how to make packets only be sent when the threshold is exceeded?
