Recommendation for Wi-Fi sniffing product

I'm looking to be able to "sniff" Wi-Fi packets on my home Wi-Fi network (or a test network) so I can debug my Wi-Fi stack in my custom IoT device and see the low-level packets. I can output a .pcap file from my Linksys LAPN600 Access Point, which is "before" my router so I can see DHCP packets, but I do not get the really low level Wi-Fi packets (e.g. scans, broadcasts, association packets, etc.).

Does anyone have any recommendations for products that can do this and work with a Windows laptops? In a perfect world this product would somehow be able to sniff all 3 common Wi-Fi channels at the same time.
