chs
My tetra just has a solid red light on and doesn't seem to be responding to anything. I've tried plugging it in and accessing via ethernet and console - nothing. Anyone seen that before? Thanks!
BlackOp
Sadly, yes. To cut a long explanation short, I had to re-image / rebuild the firmware. There is a link in the Tetra forum. Has anyone seen a Tetra in fully functional state?

Sounds like the device has either faulty hardware, or the device isn't booting to the OS. If it's the latter case, it should be resolvable with a Firmware Recovery. The method is described at https://docs.hak5.org/hc/en-us/articles/360010471774-Firmware-Recovery. Please let us know if there are any other problems.
