Purchase failed, account got deducted

I just bought wifi pineapple nano. The purchase failed saying the billing address is not the same with shipping address. But somehow my account got deducted. I already email the support , got and q&a reply, and i hope somebody will take care this case. Still have good faith on hak5.

Based on google search  i found this case already happened on 2013. I hope this will be fixed as well.

Yup I got reply and immediate action from Jaimie. Yey! 

So ig yhe purchased got decline the payment will fall back to the account. (Confirmed)

But i still have q&a via email to know what is the reason of the declined.
