change font color for batch file

what command would i have to use for a bat file if i want this for example

set /p m=Message: ??? N008 R35T4T T3H PC N0W

the underlined part to be changed to font color green when viewed?

I know how to change font in cmd but i mean when the file comes up that part would already be green?

Can't be done with out writing a program to do it. I wrote a program a while ago that changed the colour of individual charaters (in C++) but i can't remeber where i put it nor how I did the colour changeness.

you dont need google...my friend already answerd you. you where too busy on a pmt rage at me you threw your toys out ur pram n didnt see his post.
