mwithersit Posted November 4, 2019 Share Posted November 4, 2019 Order#: 177138 After purchasing almost $300 in goodies last week from hak5, I realized I ordered the non-tactical version of the pineapple nano, when I wanted the tactical. The upgrade is only $30 more than the basic, and once I receive my order and realized the error, I tried to order just the upgrade, but the upgrade is $65 plus shipping. To return the nano and repurchase with tactical, I would have to pay shipping twice more. I will cover all shipping, but if you could take off -$35 the sticker price, I would only end up paying for $11.50 in shipping for my error of ordering the non tactical nano.
