warrior178 Posted October 19, 2019 Share Posted October 19, 2019 Pulled out the Mark 5 for the first time in years. I don't know username and password. I have tried soooo many times and every variation to the factory reset which Ive read all over.... 1) Unpower 2) dip switch 2 and 3 then wait atleast 5 minutes for factory reboot. 3) switch all switches up and reboot. Nothing seems to happen when I do it. I see the normal startup and I can attempt to login to the GUI, but it's always wrong credentials. It feels like my switches aren't working?
