bugs with version 2.6.1 / package repositories for tetra firmware 2.5.4

The openwrt build on firmware 2.6.1 seems broken and many packages are missing (e.g. opkg install zip - fails)

I just rolled back to version 2.5.4. However, it seems that it is pointed to the *nano* package repository. Is that the same for both nano and tetra?  

 opkg update
Downloading https://www.wifipineapple.com/nano/packages/Packages.gz.

 

Is this correct?

Continuous scan under Recon appears to be broken in this release. The scan appears to never update the screen with any results. Timed scans are not affected.

Have you done the initial setup?  If you have not, that is your issue with SSH.  You must do initial setup for SSH to accept connection.

What packages are broken? Zip installs perfectly fine for me, both on the Tetra and the Nano. Same goes for every other package available within the repos.
Make sure you run opkg update before trying to install any packages.
