qasimchadhar
Using screencrab on a high resolution wide-screen monitor results in change of resolution (from high to low res). Anyone else had this happen? I don't have a different monitor handy but plan to test it on a lower resolution monitor when I get back to work. Darren Kitchen
Officially the Screen Crab is a full HD device, meaning it will pass through and capture 1080p as well as most standard sub-1080 resolutions, such as 720p and common computer resolutions like 1024x768, 1366x768, 1280x800 etc. Unofficially it may pass through and capture higher resolutions, such as 1920x1200 or 1600x900 - however this is not guaranteed. 4K sources will be downscaled to 1080p for both the pass through and capture. I hope this clears up any confusion. Please feel free to post the results of your particular tests.
