Foxtrot Posted July 23, 2019 Share Posted July 23, 2019 There is no "issue" with Client Mode and wlan1mon... You can get the very adaptor featured in the article in the Hak5 Shop. The reason it doesn't work is because it's a monitor interface and it's used for PineAP and other wireless tools, you'll find the same case in any similar setup on the average Linux computer. I have looked at that USB and have found one on Amazon which works on Windows 10 pro, but it has an antenna (not an issue for me). It is a 2.4 GHz one which should resolve the issue.
