WiFi Pineapple as a Wireless NIC

I’m interested in hooking up my TETRA as a Wireless NIC, not necessarily to be used for auditing purposes. Perhaps even configure it for monitor mode. I can’t find any documentation on how this is done, but given the power and flexibility of the unit, I’d be surprised if this wasn’t possible.

Yes both wireless radios can be put into monitor mode. The process is the same as most Linux guides/howto's using airmon-ng

However, they wont show up on a host system as a wireless interface as the pineapple is a Linux computer in its own right. So currently are only accessible to the pineapple OS (OpenWRT) running under the hood.
