KoreanGuy Posted May 6, 2019 Share Posted May 6, 2019 I have the Tetra. When I connect one of the antennas, the antenna connector on the case spins a little. It doesn't do this as I'm putting the antenna on. Is there some way to tighten this down? Do I have to take the case off to tighten a nut? It is very easy and quick to do From memory you will need to lift the rubber feet to find the 4x screws. BUT if it is within warranty period I would at least contact HAK5 support before doing so as that will most likely void your warranty.
