KoreanGuy Posted May 6, 2019 Share Posted May 6, 2019 I have the Tetra. When I connect one of the antennas, the antenna connector on the case spins a little. It doesn't do this as I'm putting the antenna on. Is there some way to tighten this down? Do I have to take the case off to tighten a nut? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is very easy and quick to do From memory you will need to lift the rubber feet to find the 4x screws. BUT if it is within warranty period I would at least contact HAK5 support before doing so as that will most likely void your warranty. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
