Help editing sources.list for older nethunter Nexus 7

Can someone tell me what the sources.list needs to be on an older Nethunter install? It's a nexus 7, so the iso was a bit older. I removed the nethunter app and installed the 2019.1 apk. But trying to update the metapackages from the app says "unmet dependancies"

When I do an apt-get update && apt-get upgrade it doesn't work. Says packages not found.

So when I change the sources.list with nano to the kali-rolling, that seems to screw things up. I can't really find any documentation on this. Since it's a nethunter are you supposed to use the regular kali-rolling updates?

Can someone help please?
Thanks
