Any noob should pass every mod. Linux Survival is a free tutorial designed to make it as easy as possible to learn Linux. Even though Linux has hundreds of commands, there are only about a dozen you need to know to perform most basic tasks.

https://forums.hak5.org/topic/913-hacking-where-to-begin/

There's a whole topic on it if you had only used the search  function.|

I say this with no malice, but learning how to search for information is one of the most important  aspects.

That thread doesn't really help. I've checked out almost all of the sites and they either look like they're from the 2000s or don't have any clear "TUTORIAL" section on them. The only good websites from that thread are...... the language ones! Python.org, etc. Overall, it's like getting into fresh waters only to have them polluted.

ya I looked at most of them and not to be ungrateful to Rkiver but looking at that thread which is essentially just a list of links it doesn't tell you what to do like what I should first because just even going through the links that work is just looking at a ton of links.

Hacking doesn't have a tutorial. That's kind of the point. It's application of knowledge, trying new  things, searching stuff out.

I get that this kind of thing is supposed to be an intuitive skill, but there is only so much I can learn because when I said basic knowledge I mean I'm in my second semester of learning java so even basic stuff goes over my head (BTW thanks Glowinghot666 I'm running through Linux survival)

Go to google playstore search

"Learn to code" coding is basics of "hacking" being able to change a codescript to your usage . Lots of good apps to learn from. I use them all the time to waste time and learn something..

Personal faves.

Sololearn every code language you can think of its so good!!

Grasshopper its very simple but gets to the point.
