I cannot see any adapters in Kali Linux

Can anyone please help?

I have setup the WiFi Pineapple Nano and I can get internet connection as shown in the Hak5 tutorials.   I can load the bulletins successfully but when I create the kali instance in virtualbox / vmware (neither work) I can run kali and I can browse and ping but when I go to airmon-ng it shows NO ADAPTERS.   I can't do any wireless hacking without this and I've been trying to configure this for a long time now ... OVER A YEAR!

If anyone could genuinely help me out I'd be willing to pay for your time ..... please?

Many Thanks

The Pineapple doesn't pass it's WiFi adaptors through to the Kali machine, it is right that you can't see anything on the virtual machine.

YouTube is your friend 👍🏻 For what your trying to do, you could of ordered a cheap WIFI adapter off eBay that supports monitor mode. The pineapple is a computer of sorts , in itself e.g. airmon-my is already installed.
