THC Hydra: help on building the command

I have a couple questions:

The form I am testing on has a drop-down menu instead of an input. 

orgIdSel=102172&accessCode=112234&add_access= 

is what I think should be relevant (the drop-down menu selects an organisation, to which an ID corresponds; the access code is the password). But add_access= cuts off after that. Should I just crop off "%add_access=" from the Hydra command?

Second, if someone could check my command:

hydra -vv -f -L accesscodes.file -P passwords.txt www.<url>.com http-post-form "/professional/addAccessCode?prgCode=APO&appId=113:accessCode=^USER^"
