m05f2
Hi, I recently ordered a field kit from Hak5 in Canada and i have been given a $96.08 CAD bill on top of my purchase. According to the Canada post, the shipper (i.e. Hak5) has created special type of parcel request, i.e. a COD Parcel, which instructs the delivery service (i.e Canada Post) to collect X amount (i.i. 96.08) from the receiver , at the time of delivery, which then Canada Post will be sending back to Hak5 . This fee is not customs fee and/ or VAT. Canada post calls this fee, COD - Collect on Delivery. Here is a link to Canada post description. https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/kb/details.page?article=how_to_send_and_rece&cattype=kb&cat=sending Since i have already paid the full price to buy your product, please advice why i am paying another $96 on top of my purchase. Thank you
