reverse an inject.bin

Recommended Posts

Ok so maybe I'm searching it wrong but is there a somewhat simple way to reverse an inject.bin file?  I have a duck, I have a ton of scripts, and sadly I have several inject.bin files running around and I have no idea what does what.  Simple solution, just have them attack a VM.  But I'd be curious how easy it would be to throw one in some type of hex or oct dump and see what I can see.  So far it's not working out too well for me because all I'm seeing from a hex dump are random numbers.  If anyone has done this or if you could point me in the right direct that would be great.

@Bob123

The ducktoolkit has this as an option (ducktools.py -d) if you want to do it on your system. I haven't used it in ages but I remember that the decoding often comes back a bit mangled but you should be able to get an idea what it does.

Otherwise you could also try the online version

Thanks aethernaut.  I completely forgot about that website.  The decoder works great and I can now see what all the random inject.bin files are that I have.  Thanks.
