No internet connection?

so just trying to setup my nano, everything goes smooth, even get a few clients. but when i try to connect to my ap and go to browser after im connected it just no internet connection, what did i do wrong and what should i do with said clients? whats still viable and whats not for todays use? thanks!

I'm having the same problem but in mac os. I already config "internet sharing" at sharing. Can any one help? Device work cause I tried it with windows, but can't get internet with mac os. Hope someone knows!

So i'm having a little bit of the same problem, i'm on mac and I have already set up my pineapple and it had to restart the website to go to the home screen. When i restarted the website (http://172.16.42.1:1471) , it "took too long to respond." When i check my network connections, i see the name of the pineapple but can't connect to it. It seems that I need to factory reset the pineapple but idk.

What OS version are you running on your Mac? What firmware does the Nano have? The latest (2.7.0)? Are you connecting using the USB interface or by using one of the AP:s of the Nano?
