[Question] Autoplay opening random applications

Just got my Rubber Ducky and hitting something that is a little odd. I created my own test payload similar to what was on the ducky by default, but when I plug it in now, instead of launching notepad, it will just launch a random application from my desktop like network stumbler. If I push the black button, the payload executes fine. I flashed the device and rebuilt the payload and it still is doing the same thing. Here is the simple item I am running.

REM My First Payload
GUI r (also tried WINDOWS r)
DELAY 100
STRING notepad.exe
ENTER
DELAY 200
STRING Test

Any ideas?
