Hey good peeps,

I would like to start a thread on your favorite hacking books. Ones you read recently and taught you one or two new tricks, or ones that you read a decade ago and literally changed your way of thinking about hacking!!

My best hacking books are:

  1. the basics of hacking and penetration testing
  2. hacking the art of exploitation
  3. hacking exposed books

I find this to be a great starting point personally, written by one of the best out there. Shannon mentioned it a few years back on Hak5 and I personally love it.
