Unable to connect a device

What are your filters set to? The most common mistake users make is having them configured the wrong way.

By default, we ship the SSID filter in Deny mode (deny all SSIDs in list), and the Client (MAC) filter in Allow mode (only allow clients in list).

If your client filter is empty, and set to allow (which is the default behavior), nothing will be able to connect.
