how to hack OTP site

I want to hack or bypass or find OTP(one-time password) that this site sends to mobile phone numbers.

what kind of algorithm is this value? is there any way to decode these type of algorithm?
is there another way to hack?

Not a recognisable hash. I would say it's one of their own making. You'd need the code from the other side (Java by the looks?) to see what happens with that 'hash' after the HTML form.
