Not booting from the provided powerbank

Hello, i bought a wifi pineapple tetra tectical and it isn't booting from the provided powerbank (it doesnt go solid blue), it does boot from the wall addepter.

I already contacted the support (email) first they replied but now i didnt get any reply in 4 days.

When adding an EXTRA powerbank it does boot sadly it doesnt boot only from the provided powerbank wich i hoped it would !

edit: now its booting from 1 powerbank but a week ago it didnt boot from the powerbank, will keep this updated

depending on the power bank you might want to use 2 so you don't underpower the tetra.  That causes problems.  I always use 2 anker 10000mah batteries with output of 5v2.4a  you need a total of 5v4.8a to fully power the tetra off a battery

I said i use the powerbank that comes with the pineapple but now it works , i dont know why it didnt work a week ago maybe because of the framewor update its now working ? idk
