Has anyone been able to get Wireguard to install on the nano?

I've been switching over to Wireguard as my VPN of choice. I would love to integrate this into the Nano. There is an opkg package available from OpenWRT but the Nano doesn't see it. Has anyone figured out how to install?

I'm not 100% sure but it looks like it isnt in the chaos_calmer repo http://archive.openwrt.org/chaos_calmer/15.05.1/ar71xx/generic/packages/

But i see info on it on the openwrt wiki https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/tunneling_interface_protocols?s[]=wireguard#protocol_wireguard_wireguard_vpn

So my best guess is its on the newer LEDE repo? but again, im not sure.
