I'm quite new to this. i think it is possible to have a keylogger that sends to a webserver in a form of text file.

I saw this https://github.com/samratashok/nishang/blob/master/Gather/Keylogger.ps1 and it has a URL parameter but i dont understand it yet

I sure it is possible but due to the fact that nothing is promised , you can ask a programmer or a hacker to help you build one for a fee . 

Jamesharden AT programmer DOT net would be someone that have built for my pwn use .  Try out .
