Few questions about local network security

hi,

i'm currently testing some security tools with kali linux installed in dual boot with windows.

First question: I recently figured out that i couldn't dns spoof an https website with an local apache site and ettercap, only http site were working. That's why i installed mitmf https://github.com/byt3bl33d3r/MITMf with this tutorial but i still haven't tried it, do you know if it's reliable?

second question: i tried to use metasploit to install a trojan on my android device, but i couldn't success it without installing the apk malware myself. The thing is I'm on the same local network than my phone so is there any other way to install the trojan on my android device and access to a meterpreter session without using social engineering.(i read somewhere people talking about reverse shell but i don't know if it has something to do with it).

third question : i used nmap and i could manage it correctly but i couldn't discover the os of my other computer that is running on windows 10 and has bullgard premium and windows defender as firewall. I tried to use every parameters of nmap like -f or -ff to split the packets, to spoof my mac adress and my ip adress, -O --osscan-guess, i tried tcp scan, udp scan, ... but it didn't work, each time i had the same messages : "1000 port filtered"  and "too many fingerprints match this host to give specific os details". I'm pretty sure that the firewall is blocking my scan and don't let me scan his ports. I'm wondering if i have  to start using script to success the os discovering.

I hope that they are experts on this forum that will be able to answer the questions,

thank you in advance for your answers.
